About the role
Responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, PDU (Power Distribution Units), STS (Static transfer Switches), AHF (Active Harmonic filters) and other similar Power electronics products.
What you'll do
- Provide on-site and remote support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues affecting UPS performance
- Assist in the configuration and commissioning of new UPS installations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on UPS systems to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including any repairs or replacements
