- Support end‑to‑end payroll execution for assigned EMEA and AsiaPac countries through external vendors
- New hires, terminations, compensation changes
- Absences, leave, and statutory inputs
- Perform pre‑payroll and post‑payroll validations to identify discrepancies and exceptions
- Review payroll outputs against source data and flag variances for resolution
