Senior Manager, Performance Management & Talent Systems

About the role

This role drives consistency in how Vertiv assesses and develops talent across all global regions, partnering closely with HRBPs, talent management partners, and technology teams to embed scalable, data-driven performance practices throughout Vertiv. This is an exciting new role that will help design and implement new ways to engage with and utilize technology in support of the performance management process.

What you'll do

• Design, standardize, and own end-to-end performance management processes across the global enterprise
• Ensure consistency in people review outcomes, calibration, and talent decisions across all regions and business units
• Establish and maintain global performance management timelines, templates, communication standards, and toolkits. Lead global training for HRBP community
• Enable and optimize performance management systems including Oracle HCM, AI-assisted tools, UX enhancements, and people review platforms
• Define enterprise reporting standards and analytics frameworks to measure performance management effectiveness
