About the role
Lead the technical support, installation, testing, commissioning and service readiness activities for Liquid Cooling solutions including CDU / XDU, SFN and Data Centre COLO projects. Provide technical leadership for domestic and export business deployments while ensuring successful project execution, customer satisfaction, safety, quality and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for CDU, SFN and Liquid Cooling solutions
- Provide troubleshooting guidance for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, controls and BMS integration issues
- Support field engineers, partners and customers during installation and commissioning activities
- Develop technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, best practices and escalation processes
