About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Production Analyst / Production Supervisor to manage end-to-end production line operations while ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, and continuous improvement objectives.
What you'll do
- Production Planning & Plan vs. Actual Management
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans against actual output and ensure on-time delivery commitments
- Analyse production variances and implement corrective actions to achieve production targets
- Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow
- Prepare and present Daily Production Reports (DPR), KPI dashboards, and performance reviews
