About the role
The Sr. Engineer – Reliability Engineering will be responsible for managing and executing product reliability testing and validation activities within the Reliability Lab . The role will ensure that products, components, and systems meet defined reliability, durability, performance, and quality requirements through structured testing, data analysis, failure investigation, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute reliability, durability, life-cycle, and qualification testing in the Reliability Lab
- Develop test plans, test procedures, test setups, and test schedules based on product and customer requirements
- Operate and ensure proper utilization of reliability laboratory equipment, test rigs, instrumentation, and data-acquisition systems
- Conduct reliability testing under thermal, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and other relevant stress conditions
- Monitor tests, capture test data, identify abnormalities, and ensure timely escalation of test failures
