Managing engineering services manpower pool, outsourced contractors and OEM/ vendors
What you'll do
- Maintain and manage all Electro Mechanical equipments such as HVAC high side and low side, PAC & Air conditioners, UPS & SMPS, Battery Banks, HT/LT distribution systems
- Manage and maintain pool of operation team, track their activities assign jobs
- Responsible for key Operations & Sustainability KPIs and SLAs Plan and manage the budgets for operation including costing ( cost control , cost management measures)
- Responsible for rolling out various initiations for the reduction of energy and Opex spend at the facility
- Responsible for closure of passive equipment’s availability & performance issues with in defined SLA
