About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Privacy Counsel with 5 to 7 years of global privacy experience to support our organization’s data protection and privacy compliance program. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen privacy practices across a complex and fast-moving global organization.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate privacy-related contract terms (including DPAs) for commercial and vendor relationships
- Conduct and review Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs)
- Support responses to RFPs, client privacy questionnaires and due diligence requests
- Advise on international data transfers and related compliance mechanisms, including EU SCCs, UK transfer mechanisms, adequacy decisions
- Assist with privacy incident investigations, notification analyses and related documentation
