About the role
The Senior Associate Contract Specialist is a core member of the global privacy function at Vialto and provides essential operational support to ensure the effective functioning of the global privacy program. This is a high‑impact role for someone detail‑oriented, process‑driven and interested in building a long‑term career in privacy operations and compliance.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary reviewer for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy due diligence questionnaires
- Assist the Privacy Operations Manager with data incident management, including through maintenance of the central log for data incident tracking
- Support the intake, tracking and timely management of data subject requests
- Act as the document control owner for the privacy program, ensuring consistent organization and archiving of privacy-related documentation
- Support the ongoing management of the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA)
