About the role
We are looking for a client-focused Account Manager who understands both technology delivery and marketing. You will own relationships with key accounts, translate client business goals into the right mix of development and marketing services, and drive retention, upsell and long-term growth.
What you'll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients, acting as the single point of contact for strategic and day-to-day matters
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including founders, CXOs, product owners and marketing heads
- Understand client business goals and recommend suitable custom web, mobile and digital marketing solutions
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities across development, maintenance and marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content, performance marketing)
- Coordinate with project managers, tech leads and marketing teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery
