- Build and execute an organic social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Own the content calendar: plan, brief and approve posts, reels, carousels, short videos, polls and stories
- Drive organic growth in reach, engagement, follower quality and inbound leads through platform-native best practices
- Lead community management: respond to comments and DMs, handle brand mentions and manage online reputation
- Collaborate with design, video, content and SEO teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets
