What you'll do
- Responsible for ensuring that the consulting delivery team delivers credible, consistent and client-ready outputs across engagements
- Build and manage a flexible consulting delivery pool that can be deployed across priority use cases, Regions, and multidisciplinary engagement teams
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing specialist and consulting talent
- Partner with Program Management to forecast consulting resource needs and ensure sufficient consulting delivery capacity to support engagement demand
- Ensure engagements are staffed with the appropriate consulting capabilities and delivery support required to achieve engagement objectives
