We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Management Reporting Lead to prepare and deliver accurate management reports and conduct detailed financial analysis. This role is pivotal in driving the future of finance within our organization, ensuring data quality and standardization, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
- Reporting & Delivery Center Leadership: Lead the development and scaling of a centralized Finance reporting organization supporting Corporate, Business Unit
- Establish development standards, quality assurance processes, release management practices, and support models to ensure consistent, scalable
- Drive the automation of recurring management reporting processes through standardized development methodologies and operational excellence
- Governance & Reporting Standards: Partner with FP&A, Data, and Technology organizations to improve data quality, metric consistency, KPI governance
- Drive standardization of business definitions, semantic model build, reporting hierarchies
