What you'll do
- Serve as the lead specialist for assigned domains and use cases across the VCA-X portfolio
- Provide specialist judgement and guidance on complex engagements and client situations
- Support consulting delivery teams in applying methodologies appropriately across varying client, market, and regional contexts
- Act as the escalation point for issues relating to domain expertise, specialist interpretation, and methodology application
- Establish delivery standards, quality expectations, and review processes across the VCA-X portfolio
