What you'll do
- Design and deliver AI/ML applications, LLM-enabled solutions, RAG, agentic workflows, automation frameworks, APIs, integrations, and reusable engineering components
- Build intelligent capabilities for incident triage, knowledge retrieval, service-health analysis, root-cause investigation, remediation recommendations
- Automate workflows across Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle Database/EBS, and Network operations through scripting, orchestration, event-driven patterns
- Integrate with approved enterprise ticketing, monitoring, CMDB, knowledge, database, collaboration, source-control, and deployment platforms
- Engineer for reliability through testing, exception handling, rollback, observability, telemetry, runbooks, support models, operational handoff
