We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Planner at Oragadam, Chennai to join our Planning team on a full-time basis.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, backlog, inventory policy and business priorities
- Review demand and supply exceptions, identify shortages or capacity constraints, and translate risks into clear mitigation and recovery plans
- Monitor inventory levels against service and inventory objectives, recommending actions to address shortages, excess and obsolete exposure
- Own material and product availability from a planning perspective, including requirement timing, prioritization, allocation and escalation
- Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Demand Planning to align supply execution with customer and operational needs
