About the role
We are looking for an Associate – Corporate Accounts to support the onboarding, engagement, and ongoing experience of corporate clients and their employees. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and looking to build strong skills in client management, customer engagement, communication, and business operations .
What you'll do
- Support the onboarding of employees/consumers across corporate accounts
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive platform adoption and usage
- Communicate with client SPOCs and employees to understand their requirements and resolve queries
- Support the Account Management team in managing day-to-day client requirements and deliverables
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns to improve employee onboarding and engagement
