About the role
The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully adopted across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise change strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement, organizational readiness, communications, capability building, and long-term adoption.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new operating models, processes
- Integrate change management into program execution, aligning with business objectives, implementation roadmaps, and organizational priorities
- Drive Organizational Readiness and Adoption
- Assess organizational readiness by identifying adoption risks, stakeholder impacts, capability gaps, and resistance
- Consult & govern enablement and adoption programs that equip employees to successfully transition to new ways of working
