About the role
The focus of the Project Manager is to manage the delivery of projects within a specific market remit. The Project Manager will be capable and confident resolving issues and able to work autonomously. This role is pivotal to our internal global organization, and the dedicated Markets are the Client-base.
What you'll do
- Lead their designated market, be the main point of contact for issue resolution, but escalate when required
- Manage your clients to successfully deliver print collateral and launch websites according to agreed timings for their designated market(s)
- Build strong and robust relationships with your Global and local clients
- Ensure you are communicating effectively any changes, updates, work coming in regularly to your clients
- Ensure all timings in the critical path are adhered to without fail
