The PMO – Value, AI & Measurement plays a pivotal role in ensuring that transformation investments deliver tangible business value. This role establishes the measurement framework that connects strategy to execution, defines success metrics, tracks value realization, and equips executive leadership with the insights needed to make informed decisions.
What you'll do
- Build Enterprise Measurement and Governance
- Own the enterprise measurement strategy by defining KPI framework, success metrics, leading indicators, governance standards, reporting cadence
- Establish portfolio health metrics that enable objective prioritization, investment decisions, and governance
- Partner with business leaders to define measurable outcomes, develop benefits realization frameworks, track financial and operational impact against business cases
- Leverage AI and predictive analytics to enhance forecasting, KPI measurement, executive reporting, portfolio intelligence
