About the role
Infrastructure Operations is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of Infrastructure platforms supporting business-critical applications and services.
What you'll do
- AGM - OSS & Tools (Lead – Server Ops)
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations across compute, storage, virtualization, database, backup, and cloud environments
- Ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability of infrastructure services
- Drive Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes in line with ITIL framework
- Review infrastructure health, risks, capacity, and service performance on a regular basis
