- Monitoring and Alerting: Configure and manage monitoring templates, triggers, and actions to ensure timely alerting and notification
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zabbix, including agent and server connectivity, data collection, and alerting
