About the role
Responsible for Operations & maintenance of transmission and BTS (LTE, WCDM, GSM) equipment 24X7. Preventive Maintenance of BSS Network Elements (BTS & Microwave). Rectification of alarms (BTS/MW) within defined SLA. Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff. Integration , Commissioning and, troubleshooting(BTS-RBS2000 and RBS6000 and MW ( Ericsson Traffic Node & Huawei RTN)
What you'll do
- Responsible for Operations & maintenance of transmission and BTS (LTE, WCDM, GSM) equipment 24X7
- Maintain network uptime as per defined SLA
- Manage cluster Inventory of BSS nodes
- Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement
