About the role
To ensure network uptime for radio and microwave (MW) systems and support the improvement of network KPIs for all technologies. Rectify MW and Radio Access Network (RAN) alarms within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Sound knowledge of RAN/MW troubleshooting. Proficiency with specific hardware such as Nokia BTS(4G & 5G), Ericsson (MLTN,ML66XX Series) and Huawei RTN equipment
What you'll do
- Ensure network uptime for radio and microwave (MW) systems and support the improvement of network KPIs for all technologies
- Overseeing both breakdown (reactive) and preventive maintenance of BSS network elements, including BTS and Microwave (MW) equipment
