About the role
This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by effectively analysing KPIs for improving Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer Coordination with RAN team in sharing analysis and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives
What you'll do
- TM – Zonal RF Engineer
- Analysing the KPI's (key performance indicators) statistics and monitoring the network for troubleshooting on daily basis
- Conducting and Supporting RF drive test optimization of new/existing sites/Cluster/Towns/Highways/Rail routes
- Troubleshooting of worst-performing cells. Analysis of counters and monitoring KPI trend to pinpoint exact issues
- Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve Network performance and CXX
