About the role
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Messaging Specialist to support global messaging services, with a focus on Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, ActiveSync and enterprise archiving technologies.
What you'll do
- Provide advanced operational support for global messaging services, including Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, ActiveSync and enterprise archiving technologies
- Monitor and operate messaging services in line with agreed service levels and operational performance measures
