About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to lead Workforce Administration activities, drive operational excellence, enhance employee experience, and ensure high-quality service delivery within agreed service levels.
What you'll do
- Lead and support HR Operations team members in the delivery of workforce administration processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and employee experience
- Provide guidance and expertise on HR operational transactions and administration activities across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure standard operating procedures are created, maintained, and regularly updated for all processes
- Manage workload and resource allocation to achieve agreed service level targets
- Implement and maintain a robust quality framework and support internal and external audit requirements
