About the role
We are seeking a Business Transformation Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives across Business service domains, translating enterprise transformation strategy into executable product and service roadmaps.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy and customer priorities
- Own end-to-end transformation planning, design and delivery across assigned products, services and business domains
- Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into clear opportunities, hypotheses and actionable transformation plans
- Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, service performance improvements and value realisation through transformation initiatives
- Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, milestones and cross-functional delivery across multiple portfolios
