Security Solutions and Advisory Manager-Deputy General Manager

About the role

With an initial focus on fraud, you will support the VOIS Corporate Security Grow Lead in developing customer opportunities across Partner Markets, Local Markets, Group P&L organisations and external customers. You will combine security advisory, consulting and project-delivery expertise to assess customer risks and operational challenges, shape tailored propositions, and contribute to business cases, target operating models and implementation roadmaps.

What you'll do

• Support customer discovery, risk and maturity assessments, operational reviews, workshops and solution-shaping activities
• Create consultancy outputs including diagnostic findings, proposals, tailored recommendations, business cases, target operating models, implementation roadmaps
• Translate customer needs into deliverable propositions with clear scope, outcomes, assumptions, dependencies, resource requirements, governance and expected benefits
• Coordinate Corporate Security projects and workstreams across business, technology, operations and vendor teams, maintaining plans, milestones, RAID logs, decisions
• Track delivery, resolve or escalate issues and dependencies, and maintain alignment between customer expectations and delivery teams
