About the role
We are seeking an International Roaming Network Support Specialist to join Group Technology within TSSI Networks in Pune or Bengaluru. You will act as a subject matter expert for international roaming platforms and services, helping maintain their availability, security and performance.
What you'll do
- Own operational support for international roaming platforms, including services, applications, hardware, operating systems, databases, configurations and routing
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents within agreed service levels, complete root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
- Review, schedule and implement controlled changes, including software upgrades, capacity expansions, certificate renewals, security patches and hardware modifications
- Review changes proposed by external teams and suppliers, evaluating technical risks and protecting service continuity
- Monitor and optimise core network performance indicators, identify deviations and coordinate corrective action
