About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform at VOIS. This role is based in Pune or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The individual will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring platform stability.
What you'll do
- End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
- Design and enhance Service Portals to ensure full coverage of platform features
- Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
- Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
