About the role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide 24x7 first-line support for Vodafone’s international roaming services, ensuring high service availability and an excellent customer experience. The role is responsible for alarm monitoring, incident and fault management, first-level triage, incident communications, and coordination with resolver teams throughout the incident lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Perform monitoring and troubleshooting activities to ensure the smooth functioning of international roaming services
- Provide 24x7 first-line operational support through alarm monitoring, incident management, fault management, and service restoration activities
- Manage proactive and reactive incidents within agreed service level agreements, ensuring minimal customer impact
- Conduct first-level technical triage and coordinate with multiple resolver teams throughout the incident lifecycle
- Monitor network quality and analyse KPI degradation trends to identify and resolve service issues
