About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Database Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle database administration, application database support and performance tuning. You will support operational and business-critical database activities, including Oracle database administration, performance analysis, high availability, backup and recovery, database upgrades and migrations, security, auditing and production support.
What you'll do
- Administer and support production Oracle databases and associated operational activities
- Analyse database performance bottlenecks and identify issues affecting application functionality and response times, including SQL, PL/SQL
- Support Oracle Database Architecture, RAC and Oracle Enterprise Manager environments.Perform database administration, configuration and operational support activities
