About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Database Administrator with approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience to support database administration, operational stability and critical database activities from SP Infocity, Pune .
What you'll do
- Administer and support production Oracle databases and associated database environments
- Analyse database and application performance bottlenecks, including scripts, code and user-generated queries that contribute to application slowness
- Perform database and SQL performance tuning , including support for DML operations
- Support database upgrades and migrations from older to newer versions, including integration with other RDBMS technologies
- Manage database configuration, architecture and day-to-day operational administration
