About the role
We are seeking a skilled Middleware Application Support and Defect Management professional to join our Testing function in Pune. This role is accountable for the end-to-end support of middleware applications, driving defect management activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting service stability across Telecom OSS and BSS environments.
What you'll do
- Manage and support middleware applications to ensure operational stability and service continuity
- Lead and facilitate defect management and defect triage meetings, ensuring clear ownership and actionable outcomes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive efficient defect resolution
- Monitor, track and report defects using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira and Microsoft Teams
- Support standard operational processes while identifying, owning and resolving non-standard issues
