About the role
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Specialist to join our SCB Operations team in Pune. This role provides 1st and 2nd line support within a 24x7 shift environment, supporting Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE (Omnissa) platforms across Android, macOS, Windows and mobile device ecosystems.
What you'll do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) services
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE (Omnissa) environments
- Support device enrolment, configuration, policy deployment and compliance management across Android, macOS and Windows platforms.Log, categorise
- Monitor mobile infrastructure and perform regular system health checks
- Troubleshoot end-user issues related to mobile devices, applications, connectivity and endpoint management services
