About the role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management operations within the Global Roles, Governance & Compliance team. This role is focused on ensuring effective service delivery, governance, risk and compliance operations, workflow management, assessment coordination, testing activities and automation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management operational requests, priorities, service levels, backlog and ageing activities
- Coordinate creation, maintenance and quality assurance of organisational, process, control and risk master data
- Support assessment planning, scheduling, workflow monitoring and resolution of work items
- Manage role and access requests, user support activities, substitutions and periodic data quality checks
- Coordinate unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect management and production validation activities
