About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Telecom IT BSS/CRM team in Pune. This role is ideal for an individual with strong expertise in Salesforce development, solution design and technical leadership who can contribute across the full Salesforce development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint activities
- Support solution architects with technical design, estimation, and decomposition of complex requirements
- Develop, customise, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using platform best practices
- Deliver assigned user stories and development activities within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Conduct technical investigations and proof-of-concept activities to assess emerging technologies and platform enhancements
