About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Architect to design and govern end-to-end service architectures and operational models for customer network, security, cloud connectivity, and managed service solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and govern end-to-end service architectures and support models for customer network and managed service solutions
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, supportable, and commercially viable service designs
- Define service delivery frameworks, SLAs, OLAs, governance structures, and operational processes
- Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, product, delivery, and operations teams to deliver integrated multi-technology solutions
- Support bids, commercial discussions, customer workshops, and executive-level presentations
