About the role
We are seeking a commercially minded professional to support the day-to-day commercial execution of small to medium-sized technology and telecommunications contracts. In this role, you will help ensure accurate contract administration, billing, forecasting, governance compliance and commercial reporting while working closely with delivery, finance and customer operations teams.
What you'll do
- Maintain contract records, documentation repositories and governance trackers
- Support change control administration and commercial risk logging activities
- Provide data inputs to forecasting processes and revenue or margin reporting
- Monitor billing accuracy, service level agreement credits and potential value leakage items under guidance
- Assist in preparing documentation and artefacts for contract renewals, amendments and governance reviews
