What you'll do

• Learn the fundamentals of recruitment, from understanding job requirements to sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate calls, and coordinate interviews, always keeping communication clear and timely with both candidates and hiring teams
• Beyond daily recruitment tasks, you will support talent acquisition initiatives, maintain accurate trackers and records, and provide regular updates on hiring progress
• This role gives you a real, end-to-end view of recruitment, and the chance to grow into a confident, capable Talent Acquisition Partner
• We work closely together, share knowledge openly, and support each other through every hiring cycle
