What you'll do
- Support Recruitment, onboarding & Induction of Fixed term employees, Graduate Apprentice trainees
- NTTF training coordination for Land contributor trainees
- Support in developing Policy related to Employee Relations
- Support in Salary & Wage administration (Support to prepare monthly Payroll input)
- Support employee initiatives & welfare activities such as Birthday celebrations, Transportation, family day celebration, sports day, Ayudha pooja
