Principal Solution Architect

About the role

As an Architect in the GraphQL Stable team, you will serve as a Tech Lead, responsible for shaping the architecture, design, best practices, and frameworks for GraphQL. GraphQL digital product is a critical and most focused product of our API & Integration portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Product Owner and fellow architects and engineers to drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap development.

What you'll do

• Define and drive GraphQL architecture – Establish the reference architecture, best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Establish schema governance and versioning strategy – Define GraphQL schema best practices, enforce Super graph governance, and develop an effective versioning strategy
• Lead architectural discussions – Guide engineers and architects in designing scalable and efficient GraphQL-based integration solutions
• Act as a GraphQL ambassador – Enable business units to effectively leverage GraphQL by providing guidance and fostering adoption
• Collaborate with segment architects – Gather requirements, align with architectural directions, and communicate these effectively to the team
