About the role
As part of our team, you will help deliver reliable solutions that support Volvo's global operations while growing your technical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and secure handling of secrets and credentials.
What you'll do
- Architect, design, and deliver robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability
- Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams
- Maintain and develop existing Copilot Studio solution
- Being part of development team and co-creating modern products
- Managing support cases: contact end users, resolving tickets, working with priorities and root cause analysis
