What you'll do
- The Mechanical Intern will support the evaluation, planning, and documentation of MEP systems for large real estate and infrastructure projects
- The role includes assisting with technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, cost estimation
- Support MEP technical due diligence for large land parcels in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Assist in preparing detailed due‑diligence reports, including risk registers
- Prepare block cost estimates for MEP infrastructure services to support feasibility studies
