What you'll do
- Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work
- The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India
- Develop and manage 3D structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit as per the required Level of Development (LOD), ensuring complete model ownership
- Create accurate and high-quality 3D models from existing 2D drawings, including hand-marked drawings and scanned PDFs
- Produce detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, and details) aligned with healthcare project requirements, incorporating client markups and redlines effectively
