What you'll do
- Drive sprint execution and delivery outcomes for assigned squads— championing speed, reliability, and experience quality at every stage
- Implement platform enhancements aligned to architecture direction using SAP Commerce Cloud, microservices, modern DevOps, automation, and cloud-ready architectures
- Contribute to scalable solutions following established standards that improve site performance, enable new digital capabilities, and support our multi-year growth roadmap
- Partner seamlessly with global product, UX, infrastructure, SAP, and backend teams to deliver solutions that balance technical rigor with business value
- Develop, and inspire engineering talent — raising the bar on technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
