About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, vendor management, GST and TDS compliance, and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
What you'll do
- Accounts Payable and Day-to-Day Accounting
- Process vendor invoices and record daily payment transactions in SAP with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage routine accounting activities related to employee and business expenses in INR and USD
- Coordinate foreign exchange (forex) loading for employees travelling internationally, as required
- Handle logistics-related invoicing and account for transportation and freight expenses
