About the role
We are looking for an experienced Dialogflow CX Developer with 5–15 years of overall experience in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Google Dialogflow CX, building advanced virtual agents, voice bots, and chatbots to enhance customer experience and automate business processes.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX
- Build and manage complex conversation flows, intents, entities, pages, routes, forms, and state handlers
- Develop intelligent virtual agents and chatbots for customer support, sales, and business process automation
- Configure and optimize conversation flows to ensure accurate intent recognition and smooth user interactions
- Integrate Dialogflow CX with backend systems, APIs, CRM platforms, databases, and third-party applications
