About the role
You will be in front of users, in the numbers and in Figma, helping decide what gets built and why.
What you'll do
- User research. Usability testing, interviews, surveys and observational studies, planned and run by you, turned into findings the team acts on
- Wireframes and flows that settle the structure of a screen before anyone argues about pixels
- Benchmarking and competitor analysis as a continuous feed of best practice into the team, not a one-off deck
- End-to-end app design, from problem framing through to shipped, measured and iterated
- Internal platform apps for catalogue, operations and commercial teams, where saved clicks become saved hours
